We Do Home Delivery
Here's How It Works
Delivery
Home delivery is available Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). We will call when we are on our way to your delivery. If no one is home, or if you prefer zero contact, we will leave your items at your front door with no need for any direct contact. We also recommend placing a cooler outside for us to place your order in if you think no one will be available to receive your delivery.
You will receive an automatic email confirming your order and order details. We will contact you in a separate email to confirm we have received your order and arrange the delivery details with you. If you haven't received our follow up within about a day please check your spam/junk folders. It is also advised to have our domain (@thesmokebloke.ca) in your white/safe/contact list in your email account.
Store pickup is available at our 1171 Victoria Park Ave Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Please wait for the secondary email to show up to ensure that we have the items ready for your arrival.
Processing Times
Processing times are generally 1-2 business days for orders. Large or special orders may require more time. We remain committed to only offering the freshest product possible which means your order will be packed to order, just for you. Please note that deliveries serviced by couriers may have limitations or blackout periods around holidays that we cannot control.
Minimums / Delivery Fees
There is a $50 minimum for home delivery. There is a delivery fee of $8 for orders under $100 within our core Toronto delivery zone. Complimentary delivery is available for orders over $100 in our Toronto zone only. Delivery to outside of the Toronto zone has a flat fee of $20 to most areas we can service. There are no minimums for store pickup. Our system will automatically calculate your delivery availability and cost upon entering your delivery address.
Boundaries
Currently the service areas for our courier networks are changing regularly in reaction to rising fuel costs. We are updating our online store as we are notified however there may be some descrepancy with the map below. Please enter your address at checkout to see if we are able to service your location and what the cost is.
We are hoping this is a temporary situation. Feel free to reach out to order@thesmokebloke.ca to confirm if we are able to deliver to your address if you are outside of the Toronto area.
Checkout
When completing the checkout process, you will need to select either pickup, home delivery or home delivery with donation. You can use the add note feature on the bottom left to let us know of any specific or special instructions.
