Our hot smoked Wild Lake Huron whitefish is carefully smoked over hickory wood to help compliment the naturally sweet and mild flavour of this fish.
 
Commonly used in spreads and whitefish salads but also holds its own when used in chunks on a bagel or part of a smoked fish platter.
