We Do Home Delivery
Here's How It Works
Home delivery is available Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). We will call when we are on our way to your delivery. If no one is home, or if you prefer zero contact, we will leave your items at your front door with no need for any direct contact. We also recommend placing a cooler outside for us to place your order in if you think no one will be available to receive your delivery.
You will receive an automatic email confirming your order and order details. We will contact you in a separate email to confirm we have received your order and arrange the delivery details with you. If you haven't received our follow up within about a day please check your spam/junk folders. It is also advised to have our domain (@thesmokebloke.ca) in your white/safe/contact list in your email account.
Store pickup is available at our 1171 Victoria Park Ave Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Please wait for the secondary email to show up to ensure that we have the items ready for your arrival.
Processing times are generally 1-2 business days for orders. Large or special orders may require more time. We remain committed to only offering the freshest product possible which means your order will be packed to order, just for you.
Minimums / Delivery Fees
There is a $50 minimum for home delivery. There is a delivery fee of $7 for orders under $100 (delivery is free for orders over $100) within our our blue shaded delivery zone (See Map). Delivery to outside of the blue shaded zone is a flat fee of $20. Donation delivery and over $100 discounts are not available for deliveries outside the blue shaded zone. There are no minimums for store pickup.
50% OF DELIVERY FEES WILL BE WAIVED WITH THE DONATION OF A NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEM (TO BE PICKED UP AT THE FRONT DOOR AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY) WHICH WILL GO TO A LOCAL FOOD BANK.

Purple Zone: Monday - Friday
Green Zone: Wednesday + Friday Only (2 Business Day notice)
Orange and Blue Zone: Wednesday Only (2 Business Day Notice)
We have not fully integrated all zones into our online system. If you fall within those zones but cannot select delivery please email email@example.com and we will get you set up.
When completing the checkout process, you will need to select either pickup, home delivery or home delivery with donation. You can use the add note feature on the bottom left to let us know of any specific or special instructions.
